Interested in applying for one of our $5,000 voluntourism grants? Learn more about our eight Signature Trips below and choose the volunteer vacation that inspires you. In 2011, we are committed to supporting these special projects and helping each achieve its goals.

Don't forget to explain which Signature Trip inspires you and why in your video. All grants must be used to volunteer with one of our Signature Trips.

American Hiking Society:
Alaska Trail Work Travel to Alaska to see breathtaking landscapes and world-class wildlife all while giving back by restoring hiking trails.

American Hiking Society:
Washington Trail Work Build hiking trails in Washington State while exploring the picturesque snow-capped peaks and alpine meadows of the Pacific Northwest.

Cross-Cultural Solutions:
Salvador, Brazil Experience the vibrant beauty of Afro-Brazilian culture and work with local people on community-led initiatives in Brazil.

Cross-Cultural Solutions:
Kilimanjaro, Tanzania Feel the warmth of the Tanzanian people while volunteering on education, health, or social services initiatives.

Earthwatch Institute:
Amazon Riverboat Exploration Live aboard a historic riverboat and help Dr. Richard Bodmer conserve the Amazon Basin's pink dolphins and other wildlife.

Earthwatch Institute:
South Africa's Scavenger Species Work side-by-side with scientists to improve the odds for brown hyaenas in wildlife-rich havens and unprotected lands.

Globe Aware:
Cuzco, Peru Live and work in a kids home in the charming city of Cuzco. In your free time, play with the kids, visit Machu Picchu, and more.

Globe Aware:
The Glory of Ghana Journey to the safe and vibrant city of Ho, Ghana to participate in projects supporting the local orphanage or community.
