"More than you could expect for all inclusive"
My husband and I stayed at the Secrets Marquis Los Cabos for our Honeymoon. The food was great, they had plenty of staff, and they did not skimp on anything! The rooms have a great view of the ocean. The resort does a pub crawl on Wednesday and Saturday nights: $20 each and they take a group to downtown Cabo. We were able to make friends with other couples and had a great time. When we got back, we ordered included room service. They have everything from carpaccio to cheeseburgers and fries. We had the time of our lives, and will be returning in the future. Tip: rent a car with your package. It is much cheaper than paying for cabs when you want to explore, and you don't have to wait. We were able to take off and visit San Jose del Cabo and Cabo san Lucas at our leisure. Our total car rental for 5 days was cheaper than paying for a cab to and from the airport.

"A nice, relaxing hotel."
Stayed there early in 2012 after the 2nd building was completed. It is not a large Hotel, it is a quiet, relaxing, somewhat private spot as it is a time share place. They were almost booked while we were there but there was NEVER a line for anything, and the pool and its deck were NEVER crowded. Food options were limited, but very good. They told us they were preparing for an actual "restaurant" to have mor eoptions, but breakfasts were good, lunches were also tasty, but the dinners they had for their themed parties were VERY good. They also had specialty (pork, seafood, etc...) tacos during lunch time. Drinks were reasonable, including $12 pitchers during the early afternoon I think. Water aerobics at 9:00 am to get the blood flowing, and they have a decent excercise room. The pool was AWESOME, and the deck let you lay out all day. My wife SO happy to just lounge and relax all day. They have a warm "hot tub" so its easy to relax in that for a while without getting too hot. They also have a big fire ring/pit that I think ran off of natural gas to provide some warmth during the cool evenings. The had 2 computers with free internet available for use 24-7. The rooms were spacious, and have washers and dryers as well as a fridge. The only downfall was the 1/2 mile walk to the main road to catch the bus. Its narrow and dark. But, the ride into Cabo on the bus was fun and lots to look at. There is a restaurant close to the Welk just off the driveway, it looks like a white shack, but once inside it is very nice with quiet live music and the steak and lobster was very, very good. We sat thru the timeshare presentation to get some goodies, including a free dinner susnset cruise that was an absolute BLAST. They had a live band that played a lot of great American rock classics, and the drinks were free. The waiters always made sure you had a drink in your hand (that way they get good tips), so we got fairly loaded (Thats was a good thing!). The presentation was VERY LOW PRESSURE and it was kind of neat to hear about the information on the hotel. We decided it wasnt for us, he smiled and shook our hand and told us to enjoy our stay. The beach area is private, and nice wht palm trees for some shade. But it was about 100 steps down to get there, and back up to get back to the hotel. But it was not a big deal and very worth it. This is a definite place to consider. I would not hesitate to go back!

"Nice resort"
I didn't want to go into this place with unrealistic expectations. I've traveled to Puerto Vallarta and Cancun several times each and have stayed at various resorts ranging from low budget to high end. I was pleasantly surprised with Meli√° Cabo Real. Upon arriving at Los Cabos Airport, we realized that our suitcase didn't make our connecting flight in San Francisco. We were quite upset to say the least. However, upon our arrival at the hotel, the lady at the front desk assured us that they would assist us in retrieving our luggage. At the time of booking, I made a small note that my wife and I were celebrating our 18th anniversary. Without needing a reminder, the lady at the front desk thanked us for spending our anniversary with them and gave us a VIP room upgrade. The room was basic, but the view was spectacular. The best thing about this resort was the hard-working staff. The bellmen, the concierge, the bartenders, waiters, maids made our stay very pleasant. I did not hold back when it came to tipping. They deserved the few bucks I gave them and more. A special shout out to Arnulfo and Horacio at La Palapa, Jesus at the indoor bar, and especially Lorenzo at the Pool Bar. He was so fast and efficient despite having to deal with rude, drunk, and obnoxious Gringos! The nightly shows are cute. They're not exactly Vegas, but they were fun. I would suggest some evening/night entertainment right on the beach! Maybe an outdoor movie night?!

"Would stay again - but i'll nit-pick"
My wife and I dropped our son off in Los Angeles and had a romantic 5-night getaway to Cabo. As first timers, we were overall pleased with the Fiesta Americana, but i'll be critical of some elements that need improvement. After check-in, we immediately went to the Lobby Bar. I ordered a grey goose (vodka) martini . What I got was tequila poured out of a Grey Goose bottle. I had my wife taste it to make sure my tastebuds weren't playing tricks on me. We called out the bartender and he simply held up the Grey Goose bottle, which was clearly not filled with grey goose, or any vodka for that matter. Bad first impression. We stayed in the Grand Club. I have no complaints about the room, it was nice and the location of the Grand Club was worth the $300 upgrade for 5 nights. We had a great conceirge, Jonathan, who was very helpful and honest when I drilled him about the tips for making the most of our all-inclusive. The grand club lobby serves cocktails and small appetizer type foods during the day and evening and was great for just hopping in after a workout, as it was never busy. The gym was very good for a hotel/resort. There were dumbells up to 70 or 80, a smith machine, several machines, a dozen pieces of cardio equipment (treadmills and ellipticals) and physioballs, etc. Very Clean Eat at the following: Bodega (but eat outside, the inside has no a/c and is a sweat factory), Rosato, Vina del mar, poolside at Le Ceviche Avoid: peninsula bar/grill

"Very impressed with service and awesome staff."
This is our third trip to Cabo and my wife and I spent our 30th anniversary at Zoetry Casa Del Mar. It is my opinion that no matter how nice a resort may be there will always be a few that don't like. We are experienced travelers and have been to many all inclusive resorts over the last 30 yrs and this one is one of the best we have experienced. No buffets, great personal service, very laid back, great healthy food. The big difference in this resort is personal attention. It is a small hotel and everyone calls you by your first name after the first day. They make you feel special! If you want to be entertained go somewhere else. The walks on the beach at sunrise are awesome. It is a very romantic atmosphere and you can eat every night on the beach with your toes in the sand. If you are visiting on your anniversary and meet the qualifications you may qualify for the Heart of Romance Package which is very awesome. It includes massages and special dinners on the beach. You do have the option of taking advantage of the Dreams resort next door but you will look forward to coming home to Zoetry. Nuff said.

"Best vacation!"
Just returned from our amazing time at the Hilton Cabo. The service, amenities, food, and staff was better than any Four Seasons and the Ritz in the US. My 10 ad 12 year olds loved body boarding in the beach. I would say that the beach is not for toddlers/preschoolers. Next time we're bringing our own boards b/c the locals were charging $10/hr. We only ventured out to swim with the dolphins and go fishing. The chef cooked our catch for dinner for us...what an amazing time! We'll be sure to return soon.

"Excellent service"
After careful consideration of all the choices in cabo, my friend and I decided on this resort. We wanted to be away from the "spring break" mentality and chose this exclusive resort. We felt like royalty every time we came back into the property . We were greeted by name and asked if we needed anything . They made all of our dinner reservations and arranged for transportation. The food was amazing and the staff was top notch. I will stay there again!

"Serene and Relaxing"
I will definitely come back to Marbella again. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. the Presidential suite (2 bedrooms, 2 bath, full kitchen and patio) was well worth it! On our first day they gave us complimentary drinks and the day before we left they gave us fresh coconuts to drink. I walked the beach before sunrise and helped at the turtle sanctuary. I thanks to Oswaldo, Edgar, Lupe, Iwan, Mardonio, Josue, Perla, Beatriz and Liliana. They all made our stay very pleasant. The only wish I have is that they put screens on the patio doors so we can open the door, hear the ocean waves while we sleep and not be eaten alive by the mosquitoes.
