"good location to stay near TokyoDisney"
Location is excellent for staying near TokyoDisney because Hotel provides a free Disney shuttle. Hotel room is great (compared to most other compact hotel rooms in Japan). Please be aware that this Hotel is located in the Tokyo Bay Area (which is away from the central Tokyo area). I found that this Hotel has shopping malls, MegaWeb, and food courts near by. Unfortunately, for authentic Japanese food, I would recommend staying near central Tokyo area instead. Otherwise, this is an excellent 5-star Hotel.

"Excellent hotel in almost every regard."
I was in Tokyo for a tradeshow being hosted at the Tokyo Big Site. It was very easy to get to the tradeshow within about 10 minutes. The room was very nice, great views, easy internet access and close to a great running trail on the harbor. The location isn't really in the heart of Tokyo and you feel distant from the true culture of the city, but for me I was just in and out for business and have done the culture trip before.

"Short visit"
I decided to visit Tokyo on a whim; after a horrendous flight involving flight cancellations, flight delays, misconnections and lost baggage... it was a relief to check into the hotel with no problems. The concierge was excellent in giving me directions to the shuttle and department stores where I could buy the necessities. The lobby staff spoke English and were very polite when I tried to speak Japanese. I was surprised by the size of the room, it was larger then I expected for Tokyo. My only complaint is that I happened to see the message light when my luggage was finally delivered. I would have also liked to have heard the phone ring. The hotel restaurants are expensive but I recommend the Sunday brunch! I opted for that before I left for the airport and left stuff. I have Hilton Honors so I did have free wireless internet connection in my room. I will most likely return here.
