"Excellent hotel in almost every regard."
I was in Tokyo for a tradeshow being hosted at the Tokyo Big Site. It was very easy to get to the tradeshow within about 10 minutes. The room was very nice, great views, easy internet access and close to a great running trail on the harbor. The location isn't really in the heart of Tokyo and you feel distant from the true culture of the city, but for me I was just in and out for business and have done the culture trip before.

"Bespoke."
What one would expect from an InterContinental. Our check in was quick, efficient, and painless despite a busy turnover of guests at the time of our arrival. The front desk staff and guest room staff were extremely accommodating and offered absolutely first class service. The services and amenities were top notch and every need was considered.

"An amazing experience!"
This was an amazing hotel! Last time I was in Tokyo we stayed at the Tokyo Hilton which we thought was nice but Park Hyatt was in a league of their own. We had an outstanding experience with an delicious breakfast buffet every morning. The staff went out of their way to not only make us feel welcome in Japan but to assist us with directions and obtaining anything we need. I was also greeting with a wonderful welcome gift in my room. This is the best hotel in Tokyo! I hope to be back to visit again soon.

"First class comfort and service."
Though a bit pricey, the Hilton Shinjuku Tokyo was a nice reprieve for our first two nights in Japan, a refuge from the hustle-bustle that is Tokyo day and night. Our room was more spacious than most hotel rooms in Japan (we hear). It was luxurious and comfortable. Located on the 28th floor, our King room offered a spectacular view of the skyline which was even more dramatic at night. The buffet breakfast was excellent with great variety for eastern and western palates. Try to get a room plan that includes breakfast. We paid $22/person but felt it was worth it for the convenience and quality. The front desk staff is courteous and professional and most speak English very well. The free hotel shuttle bus takes you to Shinjuku transit station. There is a very nice and convenient business center that offers several computers for patrons to use. There is also a good gym and swimming pool with a very courteous attendant.

"Quiet hotel"
Hotel is located in the Government District. Very quiet area which meant not many places to eat nearby. 5-10 minute walk to the subway or to a main street with restaurants. Hotel restaurants and convenience store VERY expensive. Great sushi but expensive. Older style rooms and decor in the lobby. It said free internet on the website but didn't mention only if your laptop accepts an internet cable - doesn't work for an IPad. $20 a day for wireless router to use WiFi in the room.
