Decent hotel
Smallish but comfortable room, recently redecorated with kettle and fridge. Convenient coin laundry. Not the most interesting area but close to metro stations and near Sumida River which is good for running. Not the best selection at breakfast but generally good hotel.

This was my second stay within the month and the hotel is convenient and walking distance from TCAT bus terminal. My first stay was excellent, but my second stay had some minor but annoying issues. The in room safe malfunctioned twice and wouldn’t lock and open once locked. The second issue was the bidet on the toilet would not operate properly and upon notification the front desk apologized and said to use water from the wash basin, really now? The third issue was air conditioning system was difficult to operate due to remote control being only written in Japanese, but even after using Google translator the system would shut off after a few hours. The last issue although minor was the stains in the shower on the black colored walls, it looked unsanitary, but I think it’s due to harsh chemicals when cleaning. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The complimentary self service toiletries is a nice touch. I will stay here again due to its good location and walking distance to many restaurants and sightseeing options.
