Completely concrete room - small, no extras! King bed was concrete with relatively thin mattress - so hard!! Checked out after first night.

Hotel was not as described

The hotel is in a great location, but rhe staff was very unfriendly. Front desk staff ignored us each time we came to the front desk. No hot water-so cold showers. Exterior lighting pointed right into our room all night. We are veteran Mexico travelers and prefer real Mexican hotels versus all inclusives, but civility and the basics were expected.
