After checking in online I had to wait for an hour and a half to finish the process. I had three rooms and had to check in separately for each and the billing was separate for each. This is crazy.

When we checked in they sold our room and told us they overbook all the time. Finally got a room for the night and get stuck in the elevator for 3 mins to be told they would meet us when we get off, nope didn’t show up. Then had to get new keys(mind you had to go through the whole casino and other side of place). Next day had to go to service desk to have them get us the room we paid for. And they didn’t seem to really care much and just said we will give you $50 for that. Then get to new room and the outlets where hanging. Called to have fixed they said 1-2 hours and we came back 5 hours later and still not fixed. Called again said 10-15 mins and waited 1 hour 45 mins and called again, they said oh we had an emergency so we will get there when we can. Overall I will probably never stay here again.

If they are going to put you in a room next to a night club, they should tell you. Fire alarm was set off at 3:30am...the only plus side to that was it caused the night club to be evacuated. The bathroom was gross. Mold growing in the shower caulking which is probability why the shower dumped water onto the bathroom floor, damn near broke my ass when I stepped out. Door handle on the sliding bathroom door was barely hanging on. Concierge staff were rude...I could go on and on. Wont be going back to the Flamingo.
