Arrived 20 min before check-in time, hoping the would accommodate an slight earlier time. The Front staff woman seemed the be annoyed when I asked and says “no, you can’t”, nothing else. Mom needed to use the restroom as we been traveling. But there was no restroom on the lobby. Came back 3 hrs later. Was checked in and given the room key to find out that the room wasn’t clean. Was asked to come back in 20 min. Went out for dinner and came back around 9. As we were coming out of the elevator with all the luggage and very tired of a day of travel, the front desk happened to be on the hallway and lady said “oh, I have to give another room, the snick I’m the room I gave you is broken.” Would not come back. Finally, I was given given the key. I regret staying at this place just to save money. Wish I paid the $20 extra to get outrageously better service, amenities and better room. I’ve stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton, which is usually $20-30 more.
