The BEST Staff i ever meet in all my traveling.The bookings from your office was not good i put in for the 9th and hot a price for the 9th when i arrived it was for the 10th and need more money

Not the best but far from the worst
The blackout curtains don’t reach end to end so we had the bright pool lights shining directly into the room all night. Jetted tub (which was one big reason we chose this hotel) didn’t work. Door handle to the bathroom didn’t work when pushed down as you normally would, you had to pull up. These were the bigger frustrations, but overall the room was clean and it was a single night stay while having work done on our house here in town. Had it been vacation or multi-day stay I would have been more upset.
