Great location next to freeway. We only had maid service each day if we requested it. Very inconvenient.

Travelocity is the 3 party which booked my whole stay in two sessions. So there I got two deposits doubled on me to $75 deposits that were not refunded back to my card. Which they said was refundable but did not refund me.

It can take 3-5 business days for your for the incidental fee to be returned back to you but is also dependent on the banking institute that you go through. Our property does not except prepaid cards as those companies do not always issue the refund back.

Nice Place

This hotel was alright for the money. I think it was a bit spendy for it's location however the property was very nice. The room was comfortable and all the staff I had interaction with were very nice and helpful. I would likely stay here again if I am ever in need of a room in Tacoma again.
