I paid 173.00 for room with hottub for my wife with cancer ans hottub dont work i want some sort of compensation this is not cool

This was a grossly misrepresented property. This is absolutely NOT family friendly. During reservation, Travelocity did not indicate the room being reserved was a smoking room. Travelocity did not indicate any thing about a cash only deposit being required. Travelocity omitted and straight up lied about the property, all while adding their $25 commission on top of the price of the room and making sure you we’re screwed by making it a non-refundable option. I will no longer be using Travelocity after this experience. Now seeing that Travelocity is part of the Expedia group, I totally understand why I had this experience…

We checked in, went to the room and it smelled horrible, the condition was poor so we turned around and asked to checkout due to being unsatisfied. Took them 20 minutes and still make us pay the full price. The receipt amount was not what we paid, ans we werent told we also had to pay a 60 cash deposit ontop of our cc payment. Will never go there again or recommend it. To keep our money was bad business in my opinion. Our check in and out was way longer than our few minute stay of looking in the room.
