The service is excellent and people are very attentive but the room and carpets are in bad condition. It needs to be renovated.

This property was super convenient for our visit. We were able to walk to the Syracuse Carrier Dome for an Elton John concert. We felt safe at this property, and the area was quiet. Nice restaurant on-site, too. Staff was friendly and thoughtful.
