The fact that check in was at 3 i was told to come back after arriving at 4:30. Came back st 530 they told the same thing and i told them it was unacceptable finally at 545 i got room

the two staff seen in the morning in lobby were very helpful giving washcloths for 3people instead of not one per room like the night staff (Sindue) said. breakfast was great in the morning and area clean. the room was ok until it rained. the window area started to leak from the top of the ceiling all over the ac/heater unit. talked to front desk staff(Sindue) and she looked at it and pushed on the closed window at first. she then left and said she was going to talk to a manager and figure it out. she then came back and told all three of us staying in the room that a maintenance man will be there in about 5 minutes. staff(sindue) lied, and the maintenance man never came the whole time of the stay. staff(sindue) also locked the pool and customers had to ask because the card would not allow in because of the pool door being locked. I will NOT recommend or stay here EVER AGAIN!!!

Nice, quiet property. Rooms are attractive and comfortable. Be aware, the rooms do not have a microwave. But, there is one downstairs where breakfast is served and you can use it when needed. Also, if you like hot showers, the best you will do is lukewarm.

The manager Kelly was very patient with tech issues, and a language barrier that delayed checking in previous guest. Abhi and Kelly were so very gracious and apologized for the delay, offered snacks/drinks and kept updating as well as offering solutions to help reslove issues that slowed the check-in process for the previous customer and our own. Thank you for the amazing customer service. We hope to stay with you again.
