Room looked slightly old but it was a perfect hotel!

Pros: Close restaurants
The hotel is located in the really fabulous area of Coogee! The hotel is right on the main street, and the beach is only blocks away. The hotel is kind of far from Sydney and cabs got a little expensive, so I would not recommend staying there if you intend to go to Syndey every day.
