The location was great for access to the various areas of the Lower Mainland. The rooms were adequate. The overall facility was an odd building. The entry could use some updating and the breakfast room was down a weird little hallway that felt very odd.

Staff were friendly and the room was clean. But my room was not ready though I was 45 minutes after check in time, then was told it would be ready in 5 minutes, but took 15, then right after I got into the room they came in to fix the toilet (which turned out to be working fine). The clock display and two lights did not work, including a dangerously broken lamp. They were friendly and positive at all times, even when I reported these problems, but at the price they're charging these problems should not exist. They also charged me (temporarily) an extra $250 damage deposit, which came through as an actual charge on my credit card, and was not mentioned when I made the reservation. Also, the location so close to the sky train made it noisy, and the person in the next room was swearing loudly through much of the night, though I grant the latter was not the fault of the hotel, other than the walls don't keep out sound very well. Last point - the bed squeaked a lot and seemed either old or cheap, though I did like the firmness better than many other hotels. But if you like the soft floofy mattresses that seem to be popular these days, you might not like this one.

There’s no light on the restroom we’re using our cell phone light every time we use the restroom and even after telling them the problem nobody came to fix it . They are charging us differently from the booking we have it’s good I have the email of Travelocity but still they add up some charges

We stayed here for 5 days. 1- when we got there they were lost and gave us one room. Told them we have 2 room and they had to think and look around for 30 minutes until they check us in. 2-Unfortunately every day you were locked out of your room and had to go back to front to reactive your key. 3- bathroom got blocked and front staff offered me a plunger after 1 hour wait instead of saying we will fix it ASAP. There is no place to go and eat or shop walking distance. Overall horrible experience. It wasn’t a hotel. It was more like a bad Motel 6
