The young man that was at the front desk when we checked in was great! He was courteous, got us checked in quickly, smiled the whole time and answered all of our questions . The hotel was clean and room was nice, breakfast was yummy and staff was kind.

The first room had massive amounts of brown black and redish stains all throughout the living space to the bathrooom. The cloth chairs had ground in soiled stains on the arms of it. The 2nd room was worse. Both suites on the 2nd floor. The 3rd suite was much cleaner brighter with a cool room as if they was expecting me. Way less carpet and chair stains. On the 4th floor

Well when I checked in the heat or a/c didn’t work. So they switched us rooms and the room we got switched to didn’t have pillows or a remote so we have to take from the first room to the second to get comfortable which wasn’t a good experience.

Was supposed to have a suite due to traveling 2 adults and 3 kids. Had to go buy a blow up mattress for our oldest.
