Absolutely do not stay here weren’t allowed to use the pool the place looks under construction you can’t even tell its open at night there’s no lights the rooms were unfinished it felt unsafe and it was dirty I stayed there two nights never again. There wasn’t even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom so the toilet paper just sat on top of the toilet and I ran out the first night I was there since it wasn’t a full roll. the lights in the room didn’t work and it was so loud that you could hear people talking in other rooms I got woken up at 7 AM both days not what I want it for a vacation. And the staff didn’t seem to care at all. Would’ve loved to try and get my money back and find a different hotel but they cared so little it was obvious they were not gonna give us our money back and they didn’t care we had a bad time. There was an inch gap at the bottom of the door to my room as well I would call this place a motel and a crappy one at that.

This hotel is completely misrepresented on Travelocity.com. Travelodge should be ashamed to have this as part of their holdings. Do NOT stay here. I took one look, asked for a refund which was refused, and booked elsewhere. This is SKID ROW!!!!! Think I am exaggerating, think again. Trash in the gutters of the parking lot, the landings are FILTHY, dark, and many of the rooms are without locks or knobs. Shame on you Travelodge Wyndham and Travelocity. Shame.

Hotel was disgusting. Non smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes. Linens stained and burned. Room was not clean, piss and pubes on toilet. Just gross.

The tv remote didn’t work the air conditioner panel was broken the toilet had to be plunged to go down the one bed had what it looked like had already been slept in had bugs in it the shower had a roach in it the door was stuck all the time no tissues in the holder no coffee pot no towels the day after for showers we had to wait for them to do laundry no ice in ice machine “vacation from hell” there was also a large group of people in the walkways looked like a gang meeting

Door lock was broken. Bed were clean and staff were nice. Just didn’t feel safe and secure, but had no major problems

Dirty. KY and gross mushy dirt behind bed. Asked for non-smoking, it was smoking. Carpet was sticky, dirt caked in ever corner. Cigarette hole burns on the bed spread. Disgusting. Drug deals going on in the parking lot. Hookers present walking around outside.

Not to be recommended

The front desk staff was very rude. The hotel stink really bad and had a really bad mosquito problem inside the room. Our room was very dirty. There was dried blood on the bathroom wall and door. Very nasty and the hotel is very noisy.

Nice place

I am a picky quest and I have to say that I had no issues here! The staff was friendly the rooms were clean and had a bunch of upgrades. The pool was closed but it is out of season. Looks like a very nice place to be during the summer. Breakfast was great lots of options to choose from. I will stay here next time I am in Suffolk.
