This property was terrible!!!! There was mold all over the hotel room and there was some sort of dried liquid on the tabletop. The baseboards were peeling back and the hotel room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

DID NOT LIKE THAT ITS REQUIRED TO SCAN YOUR DRIVER’s License into their system before you can check in. This is a violation of privacy. Showing is is acceptable. Hotel scanning into their system is not! Won’t go back!!!

The room was not clean burn holes in furniture and linens. The room’s towels and wash cloths were dingy needs to be replaced. The room’s hot water was constantly not running and to top it off I seen a mouse run in the wall the sink pipe went into. I told management which wasn’t on site until after 3pm. Oh I forgot to mention that they power washed the wall outside of my room for 3 hours from 8am until 11am. Worst hotel experience that I had to pay for in my life. Management totally dismissed my concerns and Travelocity didn’t return my call to complete a relocation because they couldn’t get in touch with the hotel totally unprofessional.

This place was filthy, unsafe and smelled like smoke. Our group had 3 rooms for 3 nights. The first night, I couldn’t sleep. The bed was like a rock and it kept feeling like something was biting me. Shady people walking around all night and my daughter’s sticker was stolen off her tag. She woke up the last morning with someone’s drivers license and room key in her room by the door. It looked like they were trying to break in. This was a terrible hotel.

The room was filthy. We had to clean the floor with a damp towel just to keep our bare feet from being black! There was a HAIR in one of the beds! Burn places on the bed covers in this "NO SMOKING" room. Crap all over the walls running down like someone sprayed it with a soft drink. not just one wall - all of them. Absolute filth in the corners of the bathroom. Of the 2 Queen beds one sunk way down in the middle was very uncomfortable and was so squeaky it woke us if we rolled over. People outside the room yelled and made a lot of noise around 1 or 2 in the morning every one of the 4 nights we were there. We have stayed here several times before and been pleased. That's why we came back! this time was the last time we will never return. It's just nasty.

The decor was nice but room was not very clean, sticky... beds were real used. Did not sleep good. We were 4 people and we all had back aches. Beds had dips in them. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great! Very enjoyable, outside was kept up, however obviously regulars that live there hanging out and drinking all night and first thing in morning. Would I stay again , yes, but next time I’d tell them about bed and expect a new room or major discount. Really the beds were so bad.
