The property had trash eveywhere. There was a homeless person waiting with a ton of bags. The first room they gave me wasn't even clean, the second room the key didn't work I tried like 3 different ones, they gave me another room and the key again didn't work. Finally the fourth room that she assigned me worked. It took me about an hour to be able to get into a room. I was offered no compensation at all or an Im sorry. She kept saying i must be doing something wrong. I would like a refund for this if it's possible.

I am sorry for the inconvenience our locking system may have caused during your stay. We hold ourselves to a high standard to make sure we perform daily inspection to make sure everything is in working condition during a guests stay but unfortunately the door may have needed batteries replaced. It is never our intentions to have our guest be inconvenienced. Thank you for letting me know about the issue. We hope you will stay with us in the future.

Way too noisy!

Pros: Impeccable in room housekeeping
The staff at this hotel were pleasant and efficient but the location at the intersection of a major freeway and a main artery surface street made it the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. If you can't sleep through a combination of big truck noise and Harley exhaust, find a more peaceful venue.
