Room not ready for advertised 2:00pm check in. Front desk could not make any key cards due to software glitch. Area around building looked gritty and unkempt.

First room entire ceiling in bedroom covered in black mold. I am in AFS inspector/2nd room carpet infested with fleas and pesticides sprayed on floors on hardwood floors and bathroom, Charlotte who is the manager said she would reimburse but it Hass to go through Travelocity for me to get it back to my card. I would like somebody from Travelocity to touch base with me to make sure this is being done. Thank you
