Front door was locked when we got here. Could not get in to check in. Desk clerk ignored our knocks. Had to wait outside til another guest with key let us in. Room A/C did not cool the room. The two elevators in the lobby did not work.

I liked the walkway to the casino for returning to hotel late at night. I liked the proximity to casino and 4 seasons. It was a problem that they only have room coffee pot for coffee which wasn't good. They should have coffee in the lobby and maybe muffins.

The Hotel was nice in many ways, however a defective card reader had me locked out of the room which already contained my belongings. The on call tech was able to open the door only to fail after I left the room a 2nd time. The Staff kindly made another room available considering it was already 3am

Love that it’s attached to the casino. Didn’t like paying resort fees when both the pool and hot tub were closed. Also no bar open downstairs either. I do know due to covid there are restrictions but if you don’t offer the amenities you shouldn’t charge.

The property was a bit run down and smelled of stale cigarettes in the common areas and in the hallways of the guest rooms. There was a red handprint on the side of our mattress (blood?) and our bathroom looked unclean (walls and light switch had visible staining).
