It was close to the Missouri Theater where we attended a concert. This is an older property, but work to upgrade it shows. Parking was a little crowded especially coming back from the theater late.

Hotel was fine. Had to wait to check in because Travelocity hadn't completed the transaction even though it had been over 2 and 1/2 hours since it was made.

Room was nice and everything had obviously been cleaned. The breakfast option was lacking but given Covid limitations not unexpected.

Location was convenient. It was definitely an older hotel and needed updating. Breakfast sausage wasn't completely cooked and orange juice was water and hadn't been refilled.

Be prepared to pay a $50.00 charge for incremential use presumably to be credited for this charge in 5 days. I have never been be encountered with such a charge in 50 years of extensive travel throughout the US. Is this an example of the owner wanting a financial float? The cloth chairs in the breakfast area are dirty and stained.

Business stop over

Pros: Uniformly good.
Cons: Quicker service at checkin. More thought to room selection when quiet room has been requested.
Rooms very comfortable, but mine was right next to a busy intersection. Location, plus party in hallway meant little rest.
