This property was below average in every way. There were A TON of gross beetles all over the room that we killed. Upon checkout, we were charged $20 for using a couple washcloths to wash water soluble makeup off my face. They deemed them damaged and unusable. RIDICULOUS. First off, if you don’t want people to use your wash clothes, tell them! Second, like better hotels do, why don’t you offer a makeup washcloth?? Also, if you don’t want us to use the washcloths, provide a disposable washcloth!!! This place is just sad. I will never go here again, and I will let everyone know about their cheapskate ways.

Dear Heather,I am sorry you had a disappointing stay that followed by an unexpected damage charge. We do our best to stain treat items for the next guest. However, we like to present unstained and clean items for our guests and if we are required to throw them away, unfortunately we do have to charge for them. I hope we can gain your business back in the future. With better circumstances.

It was ok. Drag racing all night every night on the main road outside the hotel. Could not sleep. Summer heat and air conditioner wasn't working. I didn't call for help because im from Phoenix and used to the heat. No cleaning no new towels nothing during the entire 4 day stay. To top it off I was charged $10 for a washcloth that had some tinted moisturizer on it.. no way the washcloth was $10 and no way the moisturizer wouldn't wash out... so if you stay be prepared to spend your deposit on whatever the hotel wishes to be true.. they could not tell me if the stain washed out but they did say that the towel was discolored in the room and the maid had taken a photo but then it all went into the laundry so she didn't know if it actually came out or not... Definitely a racket for extra cash when you multiply that fee per room over a month's time.. quite a racket.

Dear Karlee,We greatly apologize that you had a less than spectacular stay at our property. We are working on a few things to try and beat the road noise for our guests. It is unfortunately out of our hands, but we will be implementing something to help with that. We try not to charge for items until after they have been stain treated and recovered. Unfortunately, in some cases we have to throw our linens away if damaged which results in a charge. I do apologize if this was unexpected. we hope to see you again in the future under much better circumstances.
