The property emailed me 5 days Before we were set to arrive to let me know that our hotel rooms have been canceled. With no real explanation

Run down. Trash in the parking lot. Terrible front desk staff. No house keeping. Had to ask for towels three times. No breakfast.

The staff was friendly and as positive as possible considering the place was filthy and rooms pretty much gutted and unsanitary. The tub was so dirty you could have scratched your name in the dirt and there were stains all around the room. The towels were threadbare and had to be shared. The fridge and microwave had been removed. We never went without footwear.

Room had urine in toilet and toilet paper still, complained of it smelling of smoke and then got kicked out of room at 7 am after only coming in at 4 am and being accused of smoking in room. It was the last available room so we decided to just sleep and deal with it as we where exhausted. I have asthma and had pnuemonia as well. I have never in my life been treated so horribly by staff. They said they had attempted to reach us multiple times (phone never rang and no one came to the door before 7 am where i put on clothes and went down to desk where they immediately and rudely said we had 15 minutes to leave) also said smoke billowed out when we answered the door (we never opened the door for anyone so that is a lie) When I called to complain to manager i was never transferred but was treated rudely again by shift manager black female employee. I am a business owner and never in my life have I had anyone in a customer service position talk to me in this manner. I let her know what she was saying was untrue and I was cut off multiple times and told lies once again. I will NEVER stay with them again and will continue to contact and report them to corporate. My gucci slides where also left in the room as we where rushed out and I was told nothing was found. Horrible worst experience of my life!
