We loved the suite. It was roomy and quiet. My only complaint is that it lacked counter space for my toiletries. Other than that very minor issue, it was a very comfortable stay. We walked to Denny’s for breakfast, which was very convenient. The shuttle took us to the Tropicana and to the Mirage, then picked us back up. I would definitely stay there again.

Ross checked me in; he was obviously not thrilled to be there. I asked for two keys, he gave me one. I asked the fastest way to get back to my car, he didn’t understand the question and directed me the longest way possible. He didn’t give me the Wi-Fi. He did however, get me very wound up and excited about Hawaiian music that didn’t even happen that day. The whole interaction was really odd to be frank. Never had a check in experience like that before. Honestly, he seemed like he could have been on Indica or approaching depression. Get him some help.

Nice place, however when asked for a cart to load my luggage upon check out I was asked to go through each building and look for one. No help from bell , front desk and or concierge. Only after complaining, one of the staff went around the different buildings and provided a cart.

When I checked in the guys at the front desk said I had a pool view. When I got to my room the view was the parking lot and cars. The elevators were not working. There is no sign to tell you flier your in coming out of the elevator. The couch bed had blood stains on it. Very very unsatisfied with this place.
