Front desk staff checking in and out were rude. Seemed bothered. Room was decent except chair was all torn. Not a good look.

I was on the 5th floor and the elevator was very noisy, very smokey on main floor. front desk sent me away for 30 minutes without even checking to see if i was in the computer yet.
