I booked the junior suite room 26 on the top floor on December 23, and it is an an awkward and defective room. It is too-the-roof room with low ceilings and a weird half floor in the room. The sound insulation of the roof is non-existent and the skylights are not sound sealed. Because of the street party on 12.23, we could not sleep, so I asked for a different room at 12.45 am, and it was much quieter. At checkout I asked them to charge me for the standard room, and they said I paid thru Expedia, so there was nothing they could do. I just asked Expedia to call them and ask for same, and they lied and said both rooms were junior suites, so no discount needed. The suite had a kitchen and dining area and huge patio. The second was just a room. The service was stuffy and mediocre. The decor is pretty dated. The breakfast was just ok. You can find better among the many Sorrento hotels.

The hotel was in the heart of the action of the city. Everything's in walking distance. The staff was great. The breakfast was excellent. The room was great. The outsourced parking was a good price and service was great. Wonderful experience. Will come back.

This was such a fantastic stay! I stayed here last week with my family, boyfriend, and brother's girlfriend, and everything was perfect. The staff were all so accommodating and kind. Every bedroom was different and unique and so adorable. The kitchen was one of my favorite spots, and it had a home-like vibe to it with stunning white tables and chairs and accents of yellows and blues. This is also located in the most fantastic part of Sorrento, and it is quiet and super safe!! I would make this the place I stay at every time I visit Sorrento because I know I will get fantastic service and a beautiful place to stay.

Pros: - they storage my luggage after check out to tour the city - 5 min walk from train and bus stations, and 10 min walk to the ferry port - city center prime location in the city, hotel located in palazzo and the start of their historic city center - Rooms are clean, spacious and nice - Friendly and helpful staff that speak English, staff available 24 hours at the hotel - Lift/Elevator is available - Free wifi and cable channels Cons, but not dealbreakers: - mattress is a bit hard ( wish hotel added gel mattress forms, easier on the back). - Breakfast is very basic, but nice that the hotel still offers it to their guests - Had a back room, and on certain days like holidays/weekends, music and noise can be heard very late at night from the restaurants near by, didn’t bother us much however, some pp might do, so bring your ear plugs if that’s the case. Overall, it’s a great boutique hotel, but the prime location is a winner.

Sunny Sorrento Stay
Up a side road next to the fauno bar. Lovely bright reception on 1at floor. Barbara was very helpful. There ia a lift for suitcases. They arranged valet parking for us which was great as they would bring your car whenever needed. Really bright and clean b&b. The room was beautiful and very large with a large balcony looking over a side road. Big bed, good aircon and wifi. Lovely big shower and bathroom.safe and mini bar also in room. They offer a good selection breakfst and will aend to your room for a small cover cost. They have a 24 hr reception so available if you needed anything. Fantastic central location with easy access to all the restaurants in Sorrento.

Wonderful family owned hotel
The Palazzo is a family owned hotel with a sensational breakfast and atmosphere. The breakfast is served in a dining room and one can enjoy it al fresco away from the crowds. A little noisy but there are quieter rooms if chosen. Worth it!

We loved everything about Jannuzzi. From the welcome we received from the front desk attendant to our lovely apartment-like room, to our private deck and charming breakfast terrace…we could not have been happier. The only challenge was finding the entrance to the hotel the first time and maneuvering the parking of the car. It was a small inconvenience compared to the wonderful experience we had here.
