I checked into a room around midnight and left by 1:30, the room was filthy like they hadn't vacuumed in weeks, there were roaches and bed bugs in the room and then they wouldn't refund any of my money! I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here and will be contacting their corporate office if all else fails atleast to get the facility improved or closed down

AS SOON AS YOU BROUGHT IT TO THE FRONT DESKS ATTENTION, A TEAM MEMBER AND OWNER CAME TO ROOM WITH LED LIGHT THAT WAS PROVIDED BY ECOLAB PEST CONTROL AND DID NOT FIND A SINGLE INSECT IN THE ROOM. WHILE WE ALL WERE IN YOUR ROOM YOU CHANGED YOUR STORY OVER AND OVER AND LAST THING YOU MENTIONED WAS THAT WHEN YOU TURNED LIGHTS OFF THEY ALL COME OUT. JUST TELL THE TRUTH WHAT HAPPENED AND ACCORDING TO YOU BY MISTAKE YOU RESERVED TWO ROOMS ONLINE, WE ALSO HELPED YOU OUT WITH THAT. NOT ONLY THAT YOU WERE OFFERED FOR ANOTHER ROOM. WE HAD MORE THAN 200 GUESTS DURING THIS LABOR DAY WEEKEND AND NO ONE SAID ANYTHING. FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR PROPERTY OR THE ACCOMODATIONS WE DID PROVIDE AND WE ARE VERY APOLOGETIC ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH US.

Our rooms seemed like someone stopped in the middle of a rehab project. Our A/C didn't cool the room. The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Horrible night sleep.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, however I wish you would have let us known about any issues while you were here so that we could have fixed them. I am unaware of any rooms that have A/C that are not cooling. Also, we offer three types of pillows on every bed. One is firm, one is medium, and one is soft as we try to have something available for everyone. We also have extra pillows available, so again, this is something we would have been able to fix. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get a good nights rest.

Good hotel at an excellent price.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: breakfast area too small
Free breakfast was adequate. My only complaint was that there was only 2 small tables for eating and only ONE waffle maker.
