Customer service is terrible.

Pros: The views and the room.
Cons: Customer service and more food options.
Location: The location is beautiful with lots of hiking but there's not many choices of places to eat.
We love staying at The Cliff Lodge, however the customer service has never been one to brag about all the times we've stayed there. Its the beauty of the atmosphere that seems to make us over look the real issues of this hotel and thats the terrible customer service that we see when we stay. The Aerie is one of the worst. They always seem to be busy but its always empty there and they don't have the waiters and waitresses are not very friendly and you always have to flag someone down to get what you need. The hostesses always seem that they are so busy but how hard is it to find a table for someone and seat them. This hotel chain needs to meet with their employees and talk about customer service and how being nice to people who pay good money to stay there. Its not that hard to be nice to your customers. I never write reviews but we stay there a lot and it is hard to keep letting go without telling people that all they need to fix is the customer service.

Snowbird Event facilities

Snowbird arbitrarily cut key exhibition hours for our convention without apology or compensation, which meant lost sales $$$$ big time.  Be very careful about making sure terms are confirmed in writing if you are thinking about having an event here.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME STAFF WAS VERY GOOD.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Nothing close
VERY NICE DESIGN BUT LACKS COZY FIRPLACES FOR WINTER COMFORT. THE RESTAURANT ARE NOT OPEN FROM ALL DAY AND ONE COULD ENJOY THEMSELVES IF THERE BARS HAD BETTER HOURS TO SERVE THE GUEST. VIEW IS OUTSTANDING, WITH GREAT SKI IN SKI OUT LOCATION.

Great location great ski area

Pros: Free Internet, great skiing and location
Cons: pricey
The hotel is nice it is very interesting and the location and skiing is some of the best in the world. The rooms are nice but very plain food choices are limited but good you don t come here to eat you come to ski. My only complaint is the prices are outrageous you have no choice if you want to stay in the canyon so you pay a premium for everything. I go every other year and love the place and just grin and bare it.
