Good location but huge & rooms a bit tired
Good location. Huge hotel with an impressive atrium. Two problems with the room: door latch did not retract making it difficult to exit the room. I reported it but it was not fixed during my stay. Also a light fitting was coming away from the wall exposing wiring behind it. Again, I reported it. Room overall had dated, tired decor. Low ceiling. Overall the hotel had rather an impersonal feel.

My Wife and I stayed at the Pan Pacific for three nights in early January 2024. The Hotel is wonderful and in a perfect location. The Hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful. We had booked a Premier Marina Bay room. Be careful with this as we discovered that you only have a partial view of the marina on the lower floors. We had to pay an additional fee to get a room on one of the higher floors. So, check when you book. Otherwise, our stay there was perfect!

Great customer service / Family-friendly hotel
Our experience at Pan Pacific Singapore was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Melvin, who went above and beyond to secure a room upgrade with a stunning view of the New Year's Eve fireworks. Heads up that if you want a view of fireworks in the Bay, you need to book an Executive Marina Bay room, not just the premier bc your view will be blocked by the Mandarin Oriental. The breakfast at Pacific Emporium, the bakery restaurant on the first level, was excellent in both service and food, and I'm embarrassed to admit we ate there for every breakfast and two lunches during our stay (don't judge us; we have a 4-year-old). We did not use the kids' club bc we couldn't drop off; it was just more of an indoor playground. The hotel's shallow pool half and gym facilities were so nice, making this a very family-friendly stay.
