Property was an older property however well maintained and clean. The breakfast area was crowded with some delays in keeping food stocked but the staff was trying to keep things clean and orderly.

Dear Dan,Thank you very much for your information given. Yes, we are an older facility but maintained kept up extremely well. We did major renovation back in 2018-2019 with new bedding, furniture, etc. We know we are in the hospitality industry and cleanliness, great customer service with friendly staff is one of our top priority and we apprecaite your great feedback of such. Our breakfast room can be fast going but we have sufficient staff to join on board to help out the best way they know how and Apologize for any holdup you might of incur. We know a wonderful breakfast is the 1st and best meal of the day and cannot apologize enough for any short coming you encountered. Love staying in this hotel when in the area. Hotel is always clean. The staff is excellent at making you feel comfortable. Would recommend to anyone in the area. The rares are also reasonable.

Very nice, will definitely stay again.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Location: Across parking lot from mall, movie theater, near restaurants.
We have stayed at the Shelby Hampton Inn 3 times on the last year and each time have been extremely pleased. Staff are pleasant and helpful, rooms are clean, breakfast is great, loved using the pool. Location is great for seeing family nearby, close to shopping and restaurants.
