The front desk staff were amazing. Sadly, the hot tub wasnt working nor were the jets in the pool. Having a bad back i was really looking forward to this. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of water to drink.

An amazing hotel to stay at

Pros: The staff made our stay. We had a flight cancellation and they went out of their way to help us with phone calls etc.
Cons: I have nothing negative to say about this hotel
There were 3 of us sharing the room. It was spacious, very clean and well looked after. The bathroom was huge with a separate toilet and shower. We had the biggest soaker tub I've ever seen!! The staff was amazing. They accommodated our every need. There were lots of restaurants close by as well as the subway. If you needed a cab it was only a few minute wait. The breakfast had lots of choices and the lady looking after it was very accommodating.
