The hotel location is decently located near the subway so that is nice. But that’s pretty much all this place has going for it. Check in was fine until we realized we weren’t given the toiletries kit. Then we noticed what looked like someone sprayed red wine all over the ceiling. The room was not even fully cleaned for check in and you could tell it wasn’t preped for the new customer. The kitchen area is a decent size but the accessories are old and dirty. Multiple outlets and the phone to call down to the front desk were not working. Even with all this, we didn’t complain to the front desk. The last straw was when house keeping barged in our room at 8am on a Saturday morning. Check out isn’t for another 4 hours or so, so that is never ok. When we called to the front desk to see what’s going on they were hardly apologetic probably do to the fact that we are foreigners. Unfortunately for them my wife is mixed Korean and has lived here for many years so they couldn’t bs us. For this price point this hotel is the worst I’ve ever been to and I won’t be coming back when there are many other options in Seoul.

Convenient, comfortable hotel in good area

Pros: Kitchenette, washer/dryer in room, room controls (lights, temperature), location, shower head
Cons: bathroom could be larger
Location: Near Gangnam Station, Seocho Walking Trail; many good, authentic restaurants nearby
I have stayed at this hotel about 20 times over the last 6-7 years. It is a residence hotel, so each room has a tiny kitchenette, large refrigerator, and tiny washer/dryer for small loads of laundry. The surrounding area has many good restaurants and coffee shops. The restaurants and coffee shop in the hotel are good and inexpensive, but directed towards visitors from other countries. Close to Gangnam Station (subway) and the Seocho Walking Trail (good for exercising). The exercise room is also good. No real business center, but there is a Fed Ex/Kinko's not far away. I gladly stay at this hotel any time the rate is < $100/night.

Impressive hotel!

Pros: Everything! It's near the subway and shops. The staff is very professional and friendly. Everything was very clean and pretty. I will stay here again!
Cons: Nothing...keep things as they are!!
Location: It's on a quiet side street, just a short walk to the subway or bus. Close to shops and businesses. Perfect location.
We were so tired when we arrived. Check in was very fast and easy. Several spoke English, so that was great! The room was way beyond our expectations! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we could want and more! The room was also very spacious and bedding was the most comfortable ever! It felt like a home away from home. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They answered several questions I had, plus they made calls for us for transportation when requested. When I go back to Seoul, I will definitely book this hotel again!

Great hotel

The hotel is located only couple minutes walk from the bus stop and gangnam subway station. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Lots of restaurants around the area. The one inside the building first floor has great good and service. The only complain would be that the cleaning is not very good. The room was left with lots of dust and hair. Other than that great hotel at a great location.

I'm glad I chose this hotel.

The location was the best, the center of transportation and everything around including restaurants and theatres. The room was pretty spacious and clean, and the hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly.
