The toilet doesn't work, the photos on travilocity show a different hotel apparently. There is no workout room or pool. The muffins for breakfast are terrible. It's super clean and the front desk staff are nice.

Had troubles with our room cleanliness, under the bed, even after a comment card was left. Troubles with plumbing, phone, t.v channels having troubles. Staff some were curt, snotty, wanted to play push back on each shift. When reported items left in room, got miss treated. Where short handed, vending machines etc. not full. Staff could have addressed issues with all the rooms right away. Hardly wanted to answer there telephone, when we had a phone. Computer system does not match when youake preservation. When brought up with staff himmed and hawd.

Our experience with ESA - Seattle S. Center was OK, in relation to the price paid. Gotta say though: Right off the bat, both my wife and I wandered around for about 10 minutes looking for our assigned room. Directions received from Front Desk Attendant were too vague. "Just take the elevator (whether the elevator was inside or outside = not specified) to 2nd floor. It's right there. We had to deal with a very screwy room-numbering system, i.e. odds on one side and evens on the other. Admittedly, we are very easily confused Senior Citizens, but that part of it was not user-friendly at all. The next disappointment was that the room was very dark and the switch by the door didn't turn ANYTHING on! I had to grope around inside (while the spring-loaded door kept closing behind me (wife was still wandering around looking). Not convenient and NOT very secure. Even though we had no intentions of doing any cooking, there were no pots, pans or utensils with which to do so. The microwave was useful, but the rest of the "kitchenette" was pretty much a waste of space. The night of New Year's Eve was a relatively cold night. The room was not quite warm enough for comfortable sleeping. We had to use our winter coats as blankets. Upon awakening around 8:00 am, the heat had finally gotten to a comfortable level. This is not necessarily ESA's fault: but getting to the property from I-5 southbound was a nighttime NIGHTMARE - and that was with light traffic. Once again, not user friendly but...

Do not stay here.

Booked a room for three adults attending evening concert in Seattle. Room had one king and sofa bed. Checked in at 3 with all three adults present at check in. Room had full kitchen with a great deal of closet space. There were no hangers in the closet and no dishes of any kind in the kitchen. We had to ask for cups for drinks to be brought up. They were never brought up so we went down and were given a tote full of all kinds of dishes. We went to concert and returned about midnight. We pulled out sofa bed and found dirt and crumbs all over inside and no bedding on the mattress, not even sheets. We searched the room for extra bedding and found none. We called the front desk and found out it is closed in the night. We slept 3 adults in a king. Also, the refrigerator ran very loud all night but didn't keep anything cold. We expressed put concern to the front desk who said sorry there should have been bedding in the room, hope your day gets better. Only positive is that it is an easy location to uber to Seattle.

Pros: Nothing, and we have stayed at many places in our 40 yrs of travel
Spent 14 days traveling, 10 hotels, disappointed that our last night was the worst hotel, no hairdryer, no wake up call, no airport shuttle even though we were told they had one when we booked

Cons: The staff and upgrade things in the rooms.
Location: The south center mall was about 15 mins away.
The staff wasn't helpful and it took awhile to get my room ready. The room was loud and the heater smelled when I turned it on.
