"a nice clean hotel and very comfortable"
We came in late, got to our parking spot in the secured garage, had a great view from the 5th floor. Will definitely stay there again when in Seattle. My one issue was that i didnt get the plate # from my car that night, and when morning came i had a parking ticket. i was able to get it released after going back and talking to them in the lobby.

"Great location"
Just spent 3 nights there with my teenage kids. Right in downtown, easy walk to most locations including Pikes Market, also next to Westlake station which has a light rail to get you to the airport and stadiums. Staff were very helpful, room was great, only negative was the spray faucet in the bathroom sink( would prefer a regular flow). We didn't use the onsite restaurant, it seemed too pricey for us but looked nice with an outside deck. Lots of options close by, especially for breakfast. Would stay there again.

"Central location"
Hotel is near the foot of Queen Anne hill with the Seattle Center close. There are loads of restaurants nearby along with grocery stores. The hotel has always been quiet, the staff great and helpful. I always stay there when visiting Seattle overnight. There is a Starbucks right in the front of the hotel which is very handy if one doesn't want to run out for a meal. Rooms are nice, but the parking can be interesting as the parking spots are small, so many cars end up in 1.5 spaces. I have stayed there since the week it opened and it remains a good basic hotel.

The front desk people were extremely helpful and efficient; no long check in lines. The concierge staff were also very helpful. The hotel has a nice homely feel to it. The location is great and we will be staying again asap.

"Perfect for our one night stay"
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It's certainly nothing fancy, but it was perfect for what we needed. The lobby appeared to be recently updated and was very warm and welcoming. All of the staff members I interacted with were super friendly and helpful, and the room itself was very comfortable. My favorite part about this hotel was that because they are part of an eco-friendly program they had shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. DISPENSERS instead of individual bottles. The dispensers are located in the shower and by the bathroom sink. I've never seen this before and think it's an amazing step to take towards reducing waste by all of those travel size bottles usually found in hotel rooms! I must also point out that the bed in our room was incredibly comfortable. I slept so well here after a fun evening exploring Seattle! I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Great value.

"Fantastic Hotel"
No one ever needs to stay in a Four Seasons, but all of us want to. Beautiful and intimate hotel. Fantastic facilities, over priced, but great experience. Breakfast for 4 people cost $100, yup, but it was good; we were the only people in the restaurant for breakfast. ;-)

"Awesome Honeymoon!"
The Grand Hyatt is the place to stay in Seattle. It is located in the heart of downtown and is close to most of the major attractions. (walking distance) I would also recommend getting the Grand Club package as their breakfast was awesome.

The South Lake Union area, with its attraction to bright shiny things like the fabulous new streetcar system, is bustling with businesses, heavy on biotech, and home to Amazon. With a sharp focus on sustainability and a connected, central location close to nearly everything the city has to offer, it is a prime choice for a hotel stay in Seattle. Historic Queen Anne Hill to the west and professionally focused Capitol Hill to the east both nudge up against downtown, making a hotel stay in either a convenient choice for visiting the Public Market, the Space Needle, the University of Washington, and other central business district points of interest.

Additional downtown Seattle neighborhoods along the waterfront, in Pioneer Square, Belltown, and the retail core are good choices for those seeking urban pursuits. From the epitome of five-star luxury, both historic and modern, to the affordable national chain options, the urban core of Seattle is thoroughly networked with public transit. King County Water Taxi, Sound Transit, Central Link Light Rail, Seattle Center Monorail, and South Lake Union Streetcar take visitors within footsteps of sports, shopping, cultural, business, and recreation destinations.

Beautiful secluded options on the Olympic Peninsula, like Port Townsend or Port Angeles, yield access to Puget Sound, while locations to the east toward Redmond provide majestic views of the Cascade Mountains.
