While the majority of our experience was consistent with our excellent experiences at most Spring Hill Suites and Marriott properties, it was hampered by an inconsistent or unreliable internet service on the upper floors. Reliable consistent internet is something, which if advertised, should be provided consistently and reliably across the hotel. The property was well maintained and comfortable.Shuttle service is provided through a third party, which is effectively equivalent to not having any and did not provide any financial discount or advantage to customers. While most interactions with staff were excellent, one desk person radiated an atmosphere of not wanting to be bothered with customer assistance.

Check in was easy, except for the fact that we had to wait in line while one of the employees just stood in front of her computer, and the other guy had to do all of the work. She seemed very uninterested in her job as a line formed.

I would give this property 5 stars but after I got to the room, there were food stains or some kind of stains on one of the drawers under the TV. The handles on the drawers in the kitchenette were greasy. Also it was a pain to wake up at 8:30 in the morning to construction noise. Just worked a 12 hour shift the day before, so much needed quiet time was all I wanted but did not achieve.
