This property is very convenient and easy for a brief stay in Seattle. They offer complimentary shuttle from the airport, but if you are single and pack light, it is easier to just walk. I walk to the hotel at any time, usually quite late in the night, check in easily, sleep for 6 or 7 hours and then check out easily, and walk back to the airport. The ease of a late night check in and the close walk make this hotel a regular stop for me. The front desk staff are always polite and friendly.

Location was dirty, no lighted stairway or hallways, room was not clean, bathroom had a chemical odor, kept door closed all night. Was also very scary, loud and staff was very rude, except for shuttle driver. If i didn't prepay, i would have left and found another room for the night.

I wanted somewhere very near the airport and this certainly is, and the price is so reasonable. My only problem was that there was only one chair in the room and not a comfortable one either. We did have two queen beds which took up the room. Shuttle bus was great and the driver was so nice.

Friendly & helpful staff. Stayed due to cancelled and delayed flights. Mini fridge with a freezer in the room saved my frozen fish gift for family!

I spent one night at Seatac. I woke up the next morning covered in bug bites. It was so severe and numerous that it appeared like large angry blotches on one arm. I reported to the facilities managers that they had a severe infestation problem in room 402. They seemed doubtful, even after I showed them the severe bites on my arm. They returned my deposit and wished me a good day. I got a half-hearted "sorry" from the desk lady. Do I think they are going to do a damn thing about it? No. They didn't seem alarmed in the slightest. If anything they seemed annoyed that I brought it up. With that kind of attitude, I wouldn't bet that room 402 is the only room with an infestation problem.

Room had wiring and pipes exposed, tub dripped all night, sketchy people staying there, smell of crack, marijuana and cigarettes, blow drier didn’t work. Did have cable, no bugs and friendly staff.
