250 dollars deposit not listed on the website, 50$ pet fee not listed on website and 110 $ for parking not listed on the site pretty disappointed with my stay. Would have had a better stay at home

The staff was top-notch. They took wonderful care of us, particularly our kids. Phyllis (concierge) and Alexa (from the All Water restaurant downstairs) knew our kids' names and were nice enough to drop off milk and cookies to the room one night. Great people and will stay there again on our next trip to Seattle. Highly recommend.

I arrived 2 hours after check in on a tight schedule to make a football game after reserving a water view room for three days. Upon arrival my room was not ready, in fact they had given away the water view room that I reserved and paid for many days earlier. Since my room was not ready I was offered to change for the game in the lobby’s restroom. When I said that is unacceptable I was provided with a room that was not water view to change in with the expectation that once we returned from the football game my room would be ready. My guest and I ended up leaving without changing because by the time this had been settled we were late. We arrived late to the game without being able to change. My guest was not able to apply makeup or change. During the game I was texted by the manager and we reached an agreement on how to fix the situation. Since they did not have the room I reserved and paid for I would stay in the room we were given and be charged half price for that night. I requested that the second night of my reservation was cancelled since they did not have the correct room and that they have the room I requested be ready for New Years night so I could have a view with my guest at midnight. When I came New Year’s Eve again they did not have the water view room and said they upgraded me to a suite...said suite did not have a view and was not what we agreed to. The refund promised was not fully delivered on either I have texts from the staff
