Good basic place to sleep and have breakfast

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, had an iron microwave and refrigerator
Cons: no pool or hot tub, no exercise equipment
This was a good, basic room. It was clean, but not fancy. The location, near Judson University, was perfect for us. The front desk staff gave good directions and recommendations for places to eat.

Good price for the area. Friendly people.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
We enjoyed are stay here. For the pirce we paid, we were pleasantly surpised by the efficient and friendly staff. the breakfast did not have much variety but was fresh.

Unsatifactory Basic Standards @ 435 Airport Rd-Elgin IL

Unfriendly, unhelpful, hard to understand counter clerk should have tipped me off that it wasn't going to be a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast consisted of bruised fruit, stale cereal, dried out bagels and watered down juice..Tub had slow drain, leftover hair in the corner and the exhaust fan/light created a burn smell everytime it was turned on. Yes, I was going for cost-savings when I chose to stay here, but low cost didn't have to mean low class either...ESPECIALLY since I have stayed at other Super 8's in the past and NEVER encountered a horrible experience such as this...

Nice room and anemities

The room was clean and quiet, comfortable. The breakfast was good, especially the waffles! Good customer service.
