When we checked into our room the room was never cleaned dirty towels and sheets on floor bed not made. Carpet was filthy hallway was littered with waste. Ice machine area was filthy smelly. Garbage can was filled and not emptied

When giving address to motel , it DEFINITELY SHOULD ALSO let you know THE EXIT NUMBER to leave I-95. Exceptionally IMPORTANT!!

Took five hours to finally be assigned an acceptable room. Three sets of keys would not open first room, even when helped by manager. Second room had chirping smoke alarm. Then we had to wait for a clean room.

Needed to leave a day early. They would not give me a receipt to show Travelocity for refund for leaving early. What kind of hotel won’t give you a receipt?Bed was very hard, breakfast was awful (how can you mess up scrambled eggs?), receptionist unfriendly and it was just a really bad area.

I was second in line to get checked in. They took 15 minutes on the couple ahead of me, and 30 minutes to get me checked in. People behind me in line had problems too.
