I already sent an email and received a response from you regarding cleanliness...... the second room was very good..... my response was pleasing due to the poor breakfast in relation to other hotels and the seemingly uncaring attitude of the worker there. The toaster was only 1/2 working and mini bagels were literally hockey picks ..... totally unetable! .....The room was great. Location was great and front desk people wonderful.

I had several issues with my stay. First I wasn't notified of the indemnity deposit, second there were ants in the room, and on my second day housekeeping took ALL the towels, weather they were on the floor or not, at 12pm and was noitfied by the front desk at 8pm, that there were none clean. That I would have to wait until the next day to get towels. I had two rooms with a total of 9 people.

We stayed for 3 nights. Room was never cleaned or fresh towels. I called down about 4 pm on the second night to ask about clean towels and was told I needed to come down and get them myself if i wanted them. Also, the ceiling fan looked like it would fall through any moment, closet doors were barely hanging on, and the electricity along one wall (both sides) didn't work at all and it happened to include the lights over the sink. The pull out sofa should have been thrown out years ago as the mattress was paper thin and falling through. Breakfast was great and clean. Kitchen staff was very nice but the ladies I encountered at the front desk could use some work on smiling and hospitality!

The room at one time had leaks and the water stains are still on wall and ceiling area, the doors are not square which causes light from the hall to shine in your room all night. The door between sleeping area and sitting area had to be propped open just to get air in the seating area. The electricity went off several times during my stay, one morning it was off so long I had to leave to eat to be able to take my meds. There is no emergency lighting in the stairs as all and we had to use the lights on our phones to walk down stairs to leave.

Pros: Location/Price/Quiet/Comfortable.
Cons: General room cleaning.
Location: Adequate restaurants in area.
Good location, nice looking property. Housecleaning staff friendly.
