This property is being renovated as of April 2024. There is a large dumpster and old furniture in the parking lot. The rooms are being renovated and my room did not have lamps on the nightstands. In addition, the mattress in my room was very worn out and flat in spots. In spite of the material condition of the property, the front desk clerk, Erica was very sweet and offered to switch my room to another that was in better shape. Erica seemed to be working there almost 24 hours each day. The breakfast was nice. There were sausages and fried eggs and a working waffle maker. I stayed 3-days and ate 3 waffles! The coffee was lukewarm by 8am, so come early to get hot coffee. I heard the front desk clerk, Erica has a medical issue on the day I was leaving, so I pray she is doing better. Overall, this was a fair condition property that was made okay by the front desk staff and the free breakfast.
