Room was a long walk with stairs from crowded parking. TV should face the bed. Room needed outlet to charge a phone.

My overall stay was pleasing. The look of the resort is beautiful and inviting. Very chic and hip. The staff overall were polite and accommodating. The Resturant was wonderful and the was delicious. Our server Shannon was amazing. Our room overall was beautiful,clean, and had a midcenturymodern feel to it. The bed was very comfortable with crisp linens. The room could been a little bigger due the amount of furniture and the towels could of been better quality. The were very thin and rough.
The only issue I had was our air conditioner/heat vent rattled so loud that we were unable to sleep or be in the room. It was very late when I turned it on that I had to get a fan from the front desk due to having to shut it off completely. Unfortunately I couldn’t use the fan due to the size and how loud it was when it was on. My sleep was not pleasant. I went to the desk in the morning and after speaking to the front desk, they gave a $150.00 refund on my rate due to the inconvenience. This is an amazing customer service gesture.
I would recommend staying here if traveling to this area.

The room is quite nice except the toilet leaked (inside the tank) and the water ran inside the tank every 30 seconds or so.
The facility is under renovation and there is also currently a world wide pandemic raging and there was a coup attempt at the U.S. Capital building yesterday and the pool, hot tub, and restaurant/bar are closed. So...? All I could do was clean with Clorox Clean-Up and spray the crap out of everything touchable because I’m not taking any chances!
Other than that, I think I would recommend this hotel to others.
