Excellent customer service

Pros: Clean and staff very nice.
Cons: You are doing an awesome job at this hotel.
Location: We actually went for a family funeral. The staff was very helpful in printing us the directions to the church.
Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was great. Large selections of different foods. It was nice to see my name thanking me for my stay on the television screen. The room was hotel and rooms are very clean.

Our guests cars have been brokin into twice!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, clean pool
Cons: security
We have had guests stay here twice because it is so close to our home and twice they have been broken into. We felt bad so we had to pay the deductibles for both of them. $500 a pop. I asked the hotel for help with the second one and even talked to the owner and all they would do was point me to the sign that said "we are not responsible for the parking lot" stuff. They barely even apologized. Nice hotel, but unfortunately we couldn't recommend it.
