"Looks are deceiving. Only so so"
Looks better on the outside and common area in and around the lobby than the rooms. Rooms are darkly painted with limited light through patio doors which provides for a somewhat depressing atmosphere. In room kiva fireplaces are for looks only and include a small candle that can be lit. Air conditioning is old and noisy and not that effective. No in room safes which is unusual for a hotel of this status and price. Generally overprices and would not consider staying here again given the other more attractive and competitivley priced properties nearby.

"Nice! Clean. Hot Tub was awesome. Just what we needed,"
Restaurant was a little pricey. It was easy to get downtown and around the city. Enjoyed a concert in the park.

"HOT PICK!!!!!"
The most welcoming, friendly and accommodating hotel I've stayed in lately. It is the only Native American owned property in Santa Fe and the ambiance and décor reflects just that. This is my second stay and I'm ready to book next year.

"Very Santa Fe!"
Loved the Santa Fe style of the hotel and the convenient location just off the plaza. Excellent concierge! Quiet property! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was due to the view from our particular room.

"Nice place. a little out of the way, but they make up for it w/ free transportation to town. BUT: Gotta get hi-def TVs and movie channels!!"
Again, good place and nice staff. But the TVs must be two decades old and the absence of movie channels is like a hotel from the mid-80's.

"Santa Fe Charm"
We stayed in a 200 year old fully restored casita that maintains the traditional style and charm of Santa Fe. Wood was provided for the fireplace. Large bathroom and bedroom with comfortable bed. Smaller but totally adequate living room with sleeper sofa. Kitchenette. Fantastic breakfast with made to order breakfast of omelettes, waffles, muffins, bagels, and assorted breads. Very friendly and helpful staff. On the west side of Guadalupe but walkable distance to the Plaza.

"great room and stay"
We stayed for four nights during 4th of july.  the location is great for walking to the plaza.  It is also good if you want to visit outside of Santa Fe as it is convenient to the main road through Santa Fe.  Breakfast was good but not great (we usually do not eat a large breakfast - OJ seemed fresh, fruit was good).  We found the bed (king size) to be quite comfortable.  Room was good sized.  Staff was good.  Perhaps having Hilton Honors helps?

"Fairly quiet"
The hotel staff was first class; all were kind, considerate and went out of their way to make sure the stay was perfect. The walls in our area seemed solid, as we didn't hear our neighbors unless they slammed their doors. There are no sheers in the windows, so beware if you're the type to prefer natural light with privacy.
