"A Taste of Northern New Mexico"
This is a beautiful property located around the Loretto Chapel, and conveys the essence of northern New Mexico to the visitor. I find the bedrooms a little dark, at least those on the north side of the hotel, but they are comfortable and well-appointed. We have stayed at this hotel throughout it's history, and continue to find it relaxing and appealing. You should note that there is a daily resort fee, and a daily valet parking fee (pretty necessary because parking in downtown Santa Fe is very limited).

"Nice! Clean. Hot Tub was awesome. Just what we needed,"
Restaurant was a little pricey. It was easy to get downtown and around the city. Enjoyed a concert in the park.

"HOT PICK!!!!!"
The most welcoming, friendly and accommodating hotel I've stayed in lately. It is the only Native American owned property in Santa Fe and the ambiance and décor reflects just that. This is my second stay and I'm ready to book next year.

"Very Santa Fe!"
Loved the Santa Fe style of the hotel and the convenient location just off the plaza. Excellent concierge! Quiet property! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was due to the view from our particular room.

"Nice place. a little out of the way, but they make up for it w/ free transportation to town. BUT: Gotta get hi-def TVs and movie channels!!"
Again, good place and nice staff. But the TVs must be two decades old and the absence of movie channels is like a hotel from the mid-80's.

"A Hidden Treasure!!!"
Me and my partner spent 10 days there( September 10-26) on vacation and for my birthday. From the moment we checked in( before 4 because the plane was early),an upgrade because of the amount of time we were spending there, to the free shuttle, helping us plan the day.....just everything. Warm cookies and excellent service greeted us everyday. Tina Roberts, Guest Services/Concierge, was EXCELLENT-*******She could tell you anything, where to eat, visit, times, easiest routes and so on. Manager, Al Holzgruber, was also EXCELLENT*******He made our stay so worth while. The whole staff was faboo. The breakfasts were out of this world. Love this gem.

"great room and stay"
We stayed for four nights during 4th of july.  the location is great for walking to the plaza.  It is also good if you want to visit outside of Santa Fe as it is convenient to the main road through Santa Fe.  Breakfast was good but not great (we usually do not eat a large breakfast - OJ seemed fresh, fruit was good).  We found the bed (king size) to be quite comfortable.  Room was good sized.  Staff was good.  Perhaps having Hilton Honors helps?

"Fairly quiet"
The hotel staff was first class; all were kind, considerate and went out of their way to make sure the stay was perfect. The walls in our area seemed solid, as we didn't hear our neighbors unless they slammed their doors. There are no sheers in the windows, so beware if you're the type to prefer natural light with privacy.
