My checkin was at 3 but my room was not ready and was told twice to wait another 15-20 minutes. Then when we finally chose to downgrade the room because it still wasn’t ready, the room we got wasn’t that clean. The bathroom floor was dirty and the bathroom itself was dirty. The rooms need an upgrade and better cleaning/staff for what they charge. I give this place a 1.5 star.

Unable to change reservation with 4 days notice. Elevator not working. Difficult to handle stairs with luggage. Stove didn't work. Limited breakfast options.

Holiday Inn Hotel canceled our reservation without noticing us for not come in by 2am which policy we were not informed ahead of the time. After I had phone conversation with reservation service, i was told to be informed for further resolution. Nothing came from them rest of the day. Holiday inn hotel also turned away other customers for the same reason which I think is unethical to book twice with one room. We had to book in other hotels. We are paying for a room from 3pm - 12pm, not 3pm - 2 am.

Like Break Fast service. Did not like the parking charges were on internet $7 & charged $10. Paying $3 more is not a problem but what is on the website should have charge the same.
