The best hotel I have ever stayed at, hands down. Free upgrade on the room was beyond appreciated and after already having travelled for a few weeks, my three days here were a much needed Oasis. Everything was lovely. Even every room smelled amazing! What an important touch. Front desk staff extremely pleasant, laundry service amazing, and everything everywhere was spotlessly clean. Just wow. I will be back here my next time I come to Florence, no doubt about it. Thank you!

A magical Christmas experience
We stayed for 5 nights over the christmas period. we have a room with a balcony and had a stunning view over the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were delightful My only minor criticism was that the towels were quite old and worn and the beds were quite hard, but that didn't detract from a wonderful stay ...we'll be back x

Hotel was right on the Arno river just like we wanted and our room was right on the river as well. Unfortunately the roof top was closed due to the bad weather which passed through a couple of days before we arrived. The bartenders were great and made some good drinks for us while we watched some local soccer matches on the bar TV.

This is a very nice, comfortable property. The lobby bar has a wonderful atmosphere. The included breakfast was outstanding, and well staffed. The concierge was very helpful in booking tours and taxis. Our only disappointment was the service at the roof top bar/cafe. The staff was not very welcoming. Two of our group of four ordered spaghetti, which was served cold. We thought maybe it was an "Italian" thing, but later told by another staff member that it should be served hot. Other than that, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay there again.
