It took half an hour to realize this stay was not going to work. Tv that didn't work, funny if you could say lock on the door that also hardly worked and a shower with a dribble. No refund or any questions of what was wrong but an overall horrible experience from a place that I've always had a good experience with. Like Spirit Airlines of hotelsbut sometimes you get what you pay for

definily we try our best every day , but is very hard to join all our customer . we offer you to change the room , we offer upgrade , but what you really want is to stay free . you ask for a free breakfast , ask for a complete refund and if not you write a bad review ! this is what we have a bad review !it's ok we try hard every day
