Staff was excellent. We stayed in a nice unit. Restaurant did not have enough choices. A little bit too far out on a dirt road but it was well worth the price. They were very helpful.

Amazing views and the staff were very friendly. Mosquitoes are TERRIBLE! This is not an exaggeration at all, but it felt like I got 100 of bites and people were surprised to see. The location is also very far from the center of town. If you plan to stay at the resort, then the distance won’t be an issue.

Beautiful resort. From sunrise over the Caribbean to the three pools on site, Gem restaurant and the happy friendly staff it was an amazing week in Belize.

The beach was obliterated by the weeds that arrived with every wave. The water was shallow and cloudy. Taking a boat to the reefs was perfect fir seeing fish. The drive from town was long and bumpy. All food in Belize is pretty basic but homemade. There is plenty of local fish and Mennonite grown vegetables. No variety. Weather temperatures were perfect but a strong breeze every day to keep you cool. The beaches on the west side of the island are seaweed free and beautiful. Sapphire Beach personnel were wonderful. Unit was a little dated and used inside.
