We are sorry to read that our property was "small" and "older": our Hotel is inside a Venetian palace of 400 years, it could be look "older" but our rooms are decorated in the Venetian Style of 1.700 - period of Casanova, the famous lover. I went to five different cities across Italy, and Venice was our final stop before heading back to California. This charming city has much to offer, and most are accessible from this upscale area of San Marco. The staff, especially Aline, is outstanding!! I was not feeling well one day, and she offered my husband and me complimentary tea and cookies on the jetty overlooking the gondolas. Ms. Aline, thank you for taking such good care of me. Your genuine attentiveness makes all the difference in the world, and I will choose this hotel time and time again.

Great hotel in Venice

This hotel was very nice. Close walking distance to everything. You have to be good at directions to find it but it is worth it. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was very elegant with a view of the canal
